After joining MeesPierson Merchant & Private Banking in 1999, Frank built up wide and deep experience in banking & wealth management fulfilling technical, commercial, and managerial positions. As CEO of Fortis MeesPierson Curaçao in the period from 2006 to 2009, he became ‘hooked’ on the island.

After 3 years with ABN AMRO MeesPierson International Private Banking in Breda and Amsterdam, Frank returned to Curacao at the end of 2011 to assist Orco Bank with the acquisition of the portfolio of his former employer, ABN AMRO. After successful completion of the transaction, he joined Amicorp Group for further development of listing advisory and securities broker services. Frank is co-founder of PYGG Capital Partners and member of the board of directors of the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (DCSX) since 2021.

Frank studied Economics & Public Administration, holding a MSc degree from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam (Netherlands).
