Bram started his banking career as a management trainee with ABN AMRO in early 2007, followed by his first placement within credit portfolio management, focusing on the European TMT loan portfolio. In late 2008, Bram switched to ING’s client coverage team, covering wholesale clients in the Benelux.
In 2011 Bram moved to Loan Capital Markets, responsible for originating, structuring, selling, and documenting syndicated loans for ING’s wholesale client base, working from Amsterdam and London.
In recent years, Bram was responsible for arranging syndicated loans in the Trade & Commodity Finance sector, working closely with ING’s Geneva office, covering the largest independent commodity traders in the world. With around 12 years of deal experience, Bram has successfully arranged and closed a vast number of syndicated loans in EMEA, including various acquisition, bridge, capex, asset-backed, and/or working capital credit facilities, raising the aggregate value of multiple billions of Euros and United States Dollars.
Bram obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration at Radboud University Nijmegen in the Netherlands. He lived in Cranbrook (Canada), London, and Amsterdam. He is fluent in three languages: English, Dutch, and German.
